Class Descriptions
Slow Flow/Gentle Yoga: Learn the fundamentals of yoga with emphasis on breathing and body alignment using a slow, mindful approach that will calm your body and mind while increasing flexibility . (60 min)
Surrender – Yin/Restorative Yoga: Poses are held for longer periods to allow a deep stretch of the connective tissue, improving range of motion and joint health. Props and blankets may be used to create more relaxing, supportive poses that will melt away tension. (60 min)
Yoga Flow: Improve strength, flexibility and balance in this vigorous vinyasa-style yoga class. Poses are linked together using the breath. (60 min)
Yoga for All Levels: Flowing sequences and deep stretches with a wide range of modifications for the beginner and advanced student alike. (60 min)
