Class Descriptions

Root/Yoga Basics: Learn the fundamentals of yoga one pose at a time with emphasis on breathing and body alignment. (60 min)

Yin/Restorative Yoga: Poses are held for longer periods to allow a deep stretch of the connective tissue, improving range of motion and joint health. Props and blankets may be used to create more relaxing, supportive poses that will melt away tension. (60 min)

Heated Flow: Improve strength, flexibility and balance in this vinyasa-style yoga class. Poses are linked together using the breath. The room is heated to 90 to 95 degrees. (60 min)

Yoga for All Levels: Flowing sequences and deep stretches with a wide range of modifications for the advanced student and beginner alike. (75 min)

Indoor Cycle: Improve aerobic endurance, performance and strength through sprints, steep climbs and rolling hills. (55 min)
